These Terms & Conditions govern your use of almillennium.com and any purchase made through it. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site
Al Millennium is a storytelling and worldbuilding site: stories, characters, world and lore content, and a shop. You may browse it freely. Certain features — saving favourites, commenting, tracking reading progress — require a free Vault account.
Accounts
When you register for the Vault, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at legal@almillennium.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses other users, or attempts to interfere with the site.
Content & intellectual property
All stories, characters, artwork, world and lore content, and the Al Millennium name and branding are the intellectual property of Vaurelion Entertainment / Hakim Amir, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative commercial works from this content without written permission.
If the site allows you to post comments or other content ("user-generated content"), you retain ownership of what you post, but you grant Vaurelion Entertainment a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, moderate, and remove it on the site. You are responsible for what you post; content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes another's rights may be removed and may result in account suspension.
Purchases
The shop sells both standard merchandise and custom/personalized items. By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price (including any shipping shown at checkout) and to provide accurate order and delivery details. Order confirmation is sent by email; a contract of sale is formed once we confirm the order. See the Refund Policy for returns, withdrawal rights, and the custom-item exception.
Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Vaurelion Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU consumer protection law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to raise a complaint about an online purchase.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
